British Science Festival -
'Getting on with the boss' by Professor Robin Martin

Thursday 16 September, Aston University, 11am - 12

This research examines what determines the quality of the relationship we have with our manager, how this relationship develops, how it changes over time, what happens when you have a good or bad relationship with your manager – and how you can improve your relationship with your manager.
